    • Identify the objectives of civil society organizations and scan for risks that may harm public interest;
    • Identify and reduce operational and organizational bottlenecks in policy implementation;
    • Conduct studiesof civil society organizations' to further understand CSOs and their impacts across the country
    • Collect and organize, information needed for policy performance appraisal research;
    • Conduct research to find better ways tostrengthen ties  between the Agency, regional governments, sector administration and civil society organizations, and facilitate the implementation of findings.
    • Identify the number of organizations operating across the country along with full information
    • Analyze the effectiveness of programs and projects,
    • Identify issues for policy input, and make recommendations where applicable
    • Identify objectives of civil society organizations and sources of risk that harm the public interest;
    • Researchthe agency’s gaps and submit the results of the study to the relevant department to improve the system.
    • Identify and address barriers to policy implementation and provide solutions;
    • Research the role of CSOsin the building of democracy and democratic systems in the country, human rights protection and development activities;
    • Conducting research to ensure that the development activities of CSOsare in line with the government's development plans;
